OP360 Cares
Outreach program, philanthropic works & environmental stewardship
OP360 Cares is the philanthropic arm of OP360. OP360 gives back to the community through charitable donations and impactful community extension programs. We regularly assist with feeding programs, participate in blood drives, and lead relief efforts for victims of natural disasters. We believe in the spirit of volunteerism and encourage our employees to render service to our community partners through philanthropy leave.

We put a range of resources in from finance to labor. 1 volunteer day per annum x 3,500 team means every community gets meaningful time.
We bring match funding to wider regional initiatives. - Community Building is close to our heart. It’s our targeted contribution to the development of the emerging economies in which we operate.
People Premium - 35%+
We pay people in our markets up to 35% higher than baseline salaries
- We call this “Our People Premiuim”. This is not a cost we pass on to our clients - we only pass on the premium talent.
- Many individuals in emerging markets have up to 5 dependants. Providing higher pay reduces the pressure on that person to job hop for small incremental raises. That generates less attrition, more loyalty, more continuity to the customer.
Donate a day
Employee volunteering targeted at communities where our frontline employees live.
- We nurture the spirit of volunteering and encourage all our employees to take philanthropy leave to and make a meaningful donation of time. Projects supported range from creating vegetable gardens to distributing hampers and meals. It is our goal to donate approximately 24,000 of volunteer time to the communities where our frontline employees live.
- Encouraging our staff to volunteer makes a positive impact in local communities and increased employee satisfaction.
