Denise brings over a decade of HR leadership experience to OP360, most recently serving as Associate Director for Site HR at VXI Global Holdings where she expanded HR teams and was recognized as one of the most effective and collaborative HR partners. A Psychology graduate from Ateneo de Davao University, she has built her expertise from the ground up, leading large-scale employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change initiatives across multiple sites. Known for her ability to lead with empathy while driving results, Denise is passionate about aligning HR strategy with business outcomes and enabling high-performance cultures. Her collaborative approach and proven track record as a true business partner to Operations make her a valuable addition as we continue strengthening our people practices across the organization.
