With 15 years of Workforce Management experience, Honey has led workforce operations across global sites, including the Philippines, Colombia, the United States, Jamaica, Egypt, and India. Throughout her career, she has supported a combined total of approximately 5,000 FTEs across industries such as retail, e-commerce, insurance, technology, telecommunications, and healthcare.

She brings strong expertise in scheduling, real-time management, performance optimization, and strategic workforce planning. Honey has been instrumental in launching new programs and developing enterprise-level workforce tools—such as capacity planning models, seat utilization tracking, and regional staffing efficiency reports—that enhance operational visibility and drive performance alignment.

Her healthcare experience includes leading WFM support for a program with over 500 headcount, providing workforce solutions in a highly regulated environment. Currently, Honey serves as Workforce Director, overseeing multiple clients and teams across sites in Davao, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, and Colombia.
