Most Valuable Corporate Response (COVID-19)

Recognizing OP360’s exemplary response to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the well-being of our constituents and employees, demonstrating perseverance to continue innovating and succeed.

The Customer Service Team of the Year award recognizes some subset of an entire customer service organization, such as a specific front-line, back-office, customer-complaints, or problem-resolution team. The team may be multidisciplinary, may stretch across multiple organizations (e.g., own organization, client organizations, and agency or vendor organizations), and a permanent or temporary team assembled only for a specific task or assignment.

 

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide—public and private, for-profit and nonprofit, large and small—are eligible to submit nominations. The 2022 IBAs received entries from organizations in 67 nations and territories. Winners will be celebrated during a gala banquet at the InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel, in London, on Saturday, October 15th—the first live IBA awards ceremony since 2019.
